If a product arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, please do not open it and contact us as soon as you receive it, with a photo of the product and your order number. In this case, we cover the return cost.

The customer bears the shipping and return costs if they refuse delivery or cancel the order while it is out for delivery.

An order cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been shipped.
